Dear Ph.D. students,

this message is to inform you of an advanced doctoral course on

“HIGH RESOLUTION ELECTRONIC MEASUREMENTS IN NANO-BIO SCIENCE”

organized by Politecnico of Milano (Italy) from June 9th to 13th, 2025.

The course will be held in presence but can also be followed from remote. The course is free of charge.

The course is aimed at PhD students and researchers working in the field of microelectronics, of nano science, of bio engineering and of electronic instrumentation. The course analyzes the measurement techniques, the electronic circuitry and the instrumental solutions better suited to access the electronic properties of devices and nanosamples with the highest possible resolution. Various examples in micro/nanoscale electronics, integrated photonics, bio-molecular electrochemistry and quantum devices will be addressed to support the theoretical discussions.

PhD students may undergo, if desired, an examination to certify the acquisition of the fundamental aspects of the course and to collect the corresponding 5 credits.
