Authorization Procedure
- The Ph.D. student submits a formal request specifying the course, degree program, expected number of hours, and period of activity.
- The Ph.D. supervisor provides a written favorable opinion.
- The Coordinator of the Ph.D. Teaching Board verifies the documentation and the compatibility of the activity with the doctoral program.
- The Coordinator issues an Authorization Decree or, when necessary, an Urgency Decree.
- The decree is submitted to the Teaching Board for ratification at the first available meeting.

- Request signed by the Ph.D. student
- Favorable opinion of the supervisor
- Authorization Decree issued by the Coordinator
- Teaching Board ratification record (subsequent step)
